Attention musicians! We need you!
Moodmusic is your provider for background music systems, interactive elements, digital signage and installations. As creative artists, we have been inspiring customers with our extensive and well thought-out range of customised solutions since 2010. In addition to the automotive sector, Moodmusic also supports companies in the gastronomy, textile and hotel industries.

We are a dynamic, young and friendly team that offers, among other things, background music. Our current music editor is leaving on maternity leave and we a looking for a temporary replacement. However, in the event of mutual interest and successful collaboration, the position may become long-term.

Ideally, you would fulfil the following characteristics

You play at least one instrument and enjoy listening to pop music/radio charts.
You can easily tap the BPM of a song and estimate its target group, mood and level of popularity.
You are interested in listening to a wide range of different music (not just classical music or metal but especially pop, different variants of lounge, chill out, soul, latin, jazz etc.) and you can easily classify them stylistically.
You are happy to accept new challenges and applications (e.g. software, technology, etc.)
You are an open and sociable person, who likes to communicate/telephone and is happy to integrate themselves into a young team.
You should be able to cooperate with others, work independently and responsibly, as well adapt to spontaneous changes.
Ideally, you have completed musical/musicological training and are interested in applying your profound knowledge in different musical areas.

Onsite IT Supporter m/f/d

Moodmusic provides background music, soundtracks, digital signage and interactive applications. We don’t just deliver software solutions, but also the brainstorming, planning, realisation and delivery of the hardware. In addition to the automotive sector, Moodmusic also supports companies in the gastronomy, textile and hotel industries.

Your mission

You will be responsible for the administration and expansion of our internal and external IT infrastructure.
You enjoy coordinating and implementing IT projects for customers.
You will support the team in comprehensive support and customer care.
You will develop new IT projects and accompany them from the trial stage to delivery.

Requirements

You have successfully completed your training as an IT specialist or completed your studies.
You have practical experience as an IT system administrator.
You are confident in dealing with networks, have knowledge of Windows clients and preferably with the cloud.
You impress with your creativity, technical understanding and craftsmanship.
You have good English speaking and writing skills and an independent, goal-oriented way of working.

In order for everyone in the team to be able to take care of their specific tasks, we are looking for to someone who can offer us active office management support as soon as possible. We need someone to assume responsibility for the organisation of our entire office life, who can provide targeted support to the executive and management team.

Your Mission
Your job is to help the team and management keep track of their work. You will be responsible for the organisation of assigned projects, as well as for the targeted support of management. The following tasks in particular await you:

You are the central point of contact for various administrative and organisational tasks, such as supervising reception, supporting travel management and mail processing.
You will support management and the team in their day-to-day business and with other tasks that may arise.
You will ensure that our office always leaves a good impression on visitors, applicants and our team.
You are someone who is driven, loves new tasks and dares to take the first step.

Requirements
With your communicative and sociable nature, you are an asset to our clients and the entire Moodmusic team. You demonstrate excellent organisational talent and understand how to keep track of the most diverse tasks as well as all the relevant processes in everyday office life, even during stressful phases. In short, your starting requirements are:

You have successfully completed business training or a degree.
You have professional experience in office management, assistant or secretarial work.
You have a talent for organisation and carry out tasks with the utmost care.
You enjoy a wide variety of tasks and always offer support exactly where help is needed.
You have excellent German and English communication skills, a friendly and open manner and a positive conversational tone.
